Simple and delicious pieces of watermelon and feta on a stick

  • 1 medium size watermelon
  • 1 block of feta
  1. Remove the skin from the watermelon and dice into pieces about 1 to 1.5 inches by 1 to 1.5 inches.
  2. Cut feta into small cubes, about 1 inch by 1 inch
  3. Using a toothpick, spear in the following order: watermelon, feta, watermelon.
  4. Repeat until finished
  5. Serve!
* We were able to make about 50 individual watermelon/feta towers.
