A Greek Mediterranean way to eat Tuna!

  • (1) 5oz can of Genova Tuna
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
  • 5 kalamata olives, chopped
  1. Empty entire tuna can into a bowl, making sure to get all the olive oil, too.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper - mix with fork.
  3. Add in feta and kalamata olives - mix.
  4. Taste and adjust salt/pepper as needed.
  5. Serve with some pita slices or veggies
