A simple and healthy Greek salad dressing

  • ½ cup Greek olive oil*
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chopped coriander (cilantro)
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, to taste
  1. Add the olive oil to a bowl.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix and taste to adjust seasoning.
  4. Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
*The quality of olive oil will effect the taste.
