Avocado and Feta Toast

A delicious and healthy avacado and feta recipe
Cuisine: Greek Inspired
Serves: 3 slices
  • 3 medium slices whole grain bread (or use your favorite)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • juice from ½ small lemon
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  1. Brown bread to your liking in toaster oven/toaster.
  2. While baking the bread, add the avocado, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl, and mash.
  3. When toast is ready, spread avocado mixture over each each slice.
  4. Top with feta and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Enjoy your Avocado And Feta Toast!
Ps. Adding some red chili flakes, chili powder, or garlic salt give it a nice flavor, too. Get creative!
