A simple and easy recipe to make homemade delicious nut bars.

  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 ¾ cups mixed nuts*
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  1. Pour honey into pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir summering honey continuously for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off and remove from heat.
  4. Pour in mixed nuts and flax seeds and mix well.
  5. Pour onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to cool.
  7. Place in freezer for 30 mints to firm.
  8. Remove, cut into bars, enjoy!**
* We used salted mixed roasted nuts, but you can use whatever you like!
**If removing from freezer they’re too difficult to cut, just let them sit out a bit. Also, wrapping each one in parchment paper and storing them in a sealed container in the fridge is what we recommend and personally do.
