* Mug is sublimated so it’s completely dishwasher and microwave safe. Not vinyl so won’t peel, crack, or fall off!

* Design permanently added to BOTH sides of the mug.

* The mug itself is made of stoneware and has a sturdy feeling.

* Color can vary slightly from your monitor to the actual mug. This is due to different color tones and is just a natural occurrence with handmade items.

* Packaging: Each mug is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of cushioning.

* Fast shipping! Most items are 3-7 business days processing and items will arrive 2-4 business days after shipment. Expect longer times during the holidays.
