Can I Request a Custom Order?

100% yes. Please message me and let’s talk about creating something awesome for you! Bonus points if it’s so inappropriate I fall over laughing.

For items with custom options:

If you didn’t add the name/custom words in the notes to seller box at checkout, please reach out immediately and let me know what you’d like on it. If I don’t hear from you within 12hrs after purchase, no customizations will be done and the item will be sent as is.

What Happens If My Mug Arrives Damaged?

Nooo!!! I do my best to make sure it’s packaged well, but we’ve all seen the beginning of Ace Venture (even with a fragile sticker –

It’s rare that this happens, but have no fear – you’ll get a replacement at no charge!

Just contact me within 24hrs of receiving the package WITH some photos (required) and I’ll begin the process. DON’T THROW OUT.

**For Damaged/wrong/misprinted orders**

I do my best to make sure your correct item arrives in perfect condition, but I am human and every now and then make a mistake (or USPS accidentally breaks an item in transit). If anything should happen to your order that is my fault (or arrives damaged) I will 100% replace the item right away for FREE! Guaranteed! Must send photos of mug with design shown and packaging within 24hrs to receive a free replacement.

Do You Accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

Since these handmade items are made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Can I get a proof?

Since I hand make these, and I strive to hit my processing and shipping deadlines, proofs are not sent unless requested at checkout in the notes to seller box. Please note that the item must be purchased before a proof is sent.

If a proof is sent out, remember I won’t be able to work on it until it’s approved by you, so the timeline to ship may be extended. In the case of a proof, 2 revisions are included in your price and I ask that you respond to them within 12hrs.

I added the wrong address to my order:

Please reach out within 1 hour of placing order to discuss options.

If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately things are out of my hands and you’ll need to contact the mail carrier to see if you can reroute the item.

If the package is returned, and you’d like me to reship, all shipping costs + Etsy fees will be at the customer’s expense. So please, make sure you use your correct address!!

Mugs returned to me are only held for 2 weeks before being donated, so please respond ASAP if I contact you about returned to sender items!! Otherwise, the mug will need to be repurchased.

I’m only responsible for shipping to the address that the customer used when ordering, so again, please make sure your address is accurate.

Where Do Your Mugs Come From?

Like with all things in the US, the blank mugs themselves come from overseas.

However, once the mugs arrive here, they are designed, printed, sublimated (heat pressed), packaged, and mail to you all from the good ol’ US of A.

My Item(s) says delivered but it’s not here.

If the tracking number has been marked as delivered, you’ll need to put Operation ‘Where The Heck Is My Item’ into motion. This is done by contacting your local post office/USPS office to enquire and file a claim. Also, check with your neighbors. Most times it’ll get resolved. If it’s marked as delivered, there’s not much I can do on my end per Etsy’s rules. If you’re worried someone might steal your package, I’d suggest shipping it to your work or to an address you know someone will be present at when it’s delivered. Resent items where the order has been marked as delivered will be at buyer’s expense.

If it’s lost in transit and not marked as delivered or arrives broken, those are all things I can help with so let us know!!

Mug Care:

Top rack dishwasher safe/and or hand wash.

Wash before first use.
