Feta Fries

These feta fries are delicious! You'll need to watch yourself, as you can easily eat all of them.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish
  • Sea salt and pepper to preference

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into desired shape. (steak fries, wedges, circles, etc.,).
  • In a large mixing bowl, add potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Mix until fries are well coated with oil and seasonings.
  • Lay evenly on baking sheet.
  • Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, remove from oven and flip fries over.
  • Place back in oven and bake for additional 10 minutes (or until color/texture desired).
  • Remove and place portion on dish, sprinkle with feta.
  • Enjoy the feta fries!

Notes

Depending on your preference, you may with to add more oregano and Sea salt when sprinkling the feta on the fries. Remember, the feta is Sea salty, so not a lot is needed. Also, feel free to sub out oregano for your favorite herb(s).
