Herb and Feta Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter salted
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup milk 1%
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and halve potatoes.
  • Boil 4-6 cups of salted water over high heat. Add potatoes.
  • Bring heat to medium and cook potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft.
  • Strain potatoes and place back in pot.
  • Add butter, dill, oregano, milk, and salt and pepper.
  • Mash until well mixed. Stir in feta.
  • Add to plate and serve!
