Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces ouzo
  • 1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 ounces iced water more or less to preference*

Instructions
 

  • Pour room temperature ouzo into glass.
  • Add lemon juice and mint leaves, muddle slightly to release flavors.
  • Add honey, stir until dissolves.
  • Pour water in glass, mix well.
  • Serve.

Notes

*more water will dilute ouzo taste.
