Ingredients

ounces
ouzo
1 1/2
ounces
lemon juice
3
mint leaves
1
teaspoon
honey
3
ounces
iced water
more or less to preference*
Instructions
Pour room temperature ouzo into glass.
Add lemon juice and mint leaves, muddle slightly to release flavors.
Add honey, stir until dissolves.
Pour water in glass, mix well.
Serve.
Notes
*more water will dilute ouzo taste.
