Lamb Sliders
These delicious lamb sliders are mixed with feta and Kalamata olives. Warning, they are highly addictive! Makes about 11 sliders

Serves: 5-6
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon Greek oregano
  • ½ cup whole Kalamata olives
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • pinch of parsley
  1. Dice Kalamata olives.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Get your hands messy and mix all ingredients well.
  4. Take small parts of the meat, roll into a ball and flatten a bit to create small patties.*
  5. Repeat until done
  6. Turn on grill to med/high and cook for about 4min on each side (or until cooked through).
  7. Last 4min, add buns to top shelf of BBQ to get warm and slightly crispy.
  8. Remove from heat and place on bun.
  9. Add whatever toppings you like: tomatoes, lettuces, onions, etc,.
  10. Bonus: For a delicious spread, add a teaspoon of tzatziki
  11. Serve!
*If you're not interested in making sliders, then break up meat and roll into larger patties - adjust cooking time as needed.
