Simple Greek cheese dish. Just Grill and serve with bread or wine! καλή όρεξη (kali orexi – enjoy your meal!)

Ingredients
  • ½ inch thick piece of ladotyri or kefalotyri cheese (sub for your favorite hard cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 lemon
Instructions
  1. Coat cheese in olive oil.
  2. Place cheese on grill.
  3. Grill each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove and place on plate.
  5. Squeeze lemon over and serve!
